About us
Legalizuem.ru has been preparing Russian documents for use abroad since 2015: apostille, consular legalization, translation and retrieval of documents. We have offices in Moscow and Saint Petersburg. The Saint Petersburg office works with documents from the city, Leningrad Oblast and Northwest Russia, for clients wherever they live.
Two offices, one chain
Our head office is in Moscow, and the Saint Petersburg office is at Alexander Nevsky Square. This matters for legalization: the final stages — the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and many embassies — are often in Moscow. Documents travel between our own two offices rather than through intermediaries, which means fewer errors and fewer lost documents.
In Saint Petersburg we deal directly with the local authorities: the Committee for Civil Registry of Saint Petersburg, the Civil Registry Office of Leningrad Oblast, the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Justice for Saint Petersburg and Leningrad Oblast, and local notaries.
