Russian documents from Saint Petersburg, wherever you are
We translate and certify documents from any country — CIS passports, Finnish and other European certificates, diplomas from anywhere — and prepare Russian documents from any region for use abroad: apostille, consular legalization, certified translation and retrieval of duplicates and certificates. An apostille on a Saint Petersburg civil registry document costs 6 000 ₽, state duty included. You do not need to come to Russia: most orders are handled by power of attorney and sent to you by courier.
What we do
- Apostille on Russian civil registry certificates, notarial documents, diplomas and criminal record certificates — for countries that are parties to the Hague Convention.
- Consular legalization — Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the consulate, for countries outside the Convention.
- Certified translation — translation with the translator's signature certified by a Saint Petersburg notary, and translations by sworn or accredited translators for Italy, Spain, Germany, France and other countries.
- Document retrieval — duplicate birth, marriage and other civil registry certificates, criminal record certificates, archive certificates, a Certificate of Good Standing for doctors, tax and bailiff certificates.
Who we work for
We work with documents from any country, not only from Saint Petersburg:
- citizens of CIS countries who need a passport, diploma or civil status certificate translated for residence, work or study in Russia;
- people who moved from Finland, Estonia or elsewhere in Europe and need their documents translated and certified;
- people living in Saint Petersburg, permanently or for a while, whose documents were issued in another Russian region;
- foreign nationals who studied, worked or married in Russia and now need their documents at home;
- Russians living abroad who need a birth certificate, a diploma or a criminal record certificate for residence, citizenship or employment;
- companies that need corporate documents legalized for a foreign partner or authority.

We have been working since 2015, with offices in Moscow and Saint Petersburg. The final stages of legalization — the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and embassies — are often in Moscow, and documents travel between our own two offices rather than through intermediaries. FAQ
Do I need to come to Saint Petersburg?
Usually not. You send scans, we agree the price and the steps, and where an original or a submission in person is needed, our staff act under your power of attorney. Finished documents are sent by courier. See Documents from abroad.
Apostille or legalization — which one do I need?
If the destination country is a party to the 1961 Hague Apostille Convention, an apostille is enough. If it is not (for example the UAE, Egypt, Qatar or Kuwait, and Thailand until 28 February 2027), the document needs consular legalization.
How do I pay from abroad?
There is no online payment on the site. The manager sends you a contract and an invoice; payment options for clients outside Russia are agreed individually.
Which languages do you translate?
About 60 languages. English costs 580 ₽ per translation page (1,800 characters), and notarization of the translation is 1 400 ₽ per document.
